1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address, and phone number if provided.
• Profile data: username, bio, avatar, and storefront theme preferences.
• Content: the product links, images, and banners you upload.
• Usage data: link clicks, referrer, and device type for the analytics dashboard we show you.
• Billing data for paid plans, handled by Razorpay (see below) — we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves.

We do not collect precise geolocation.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate your storefront, authenticate you via OTP, show you click analytics, process billing, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run productlink.in:

• Cloudinary — stores and serves uploaded images.
• Razorpay — processes subscription payments for Business and Professional plans.
• Our database host — stores account and storefront data (MySQL).

Each of these providers only receives the data needed to perform their function and is bound by their own data-processing terms.

4. Retention

We keep your account and storefront data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, links, and uploaded images within a reasonable period, except where we must retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.

5. Your rights

You can access or update most of your data directly from the dashboard. To request a copy of your data or full account deletion, contact the support address on your account dashboard.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
