Terms and Conditions

1. What the Service is

productlink.in lets creators publish a single "link-in-bio" page at a subdomain (e.g. yourname.productlink.in) or custom domain, listing product links (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others) along with images, banners, and categories.

2. Accounts and sign-in

We authenticate accounts using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email address — there are no passwords to manage. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide an email address you are authorized to use.

3. Plans and billing

The Service is offered on Free, Business, and Professional plans. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through Razorpay, including support for UPI Autopay for recurring charges. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; features gated to a paid plan stop working once you leave that plan.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not link to illegal, counterfeit, or infringing products.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not misuse the storefront password-protection feature to gate content you don't have rights to distribute.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the links, images, bio text, and other content you upload ("Creator Content"). By uploading it, you grant productlink.in a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate your storefront. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including affiliate links and product images.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your storefront stops resolving and Creator Content is deleted according to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. productlink.in is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, transactions between you and your audience, or between you and any third-party marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or others). To the maximum extent permitted by law, productlink.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
